In 2004, the company achieved a momentous milestone in its development when the original Car Image Co., Ltd. was renamed as Lenso Wheel Co., Ltd., thereby expressing the phenomenal progress the company has made over its short history.

Lenso Wheel’s state-of-the-art facility is located in Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Chachoengsao Province. High-quality alloy wheels are manufactured here under the ’LENSO’ trademark. The company’s facility today boasts a production capacity over 500,000 wheels a year.

From passenger cars to SUVs, Lenso Wheels produces a wide range of first rate products designed to serve the exacting demands of both local and international customers. Some 70 per cent of Lenso’s high-quality products are exported to such markets as the U.S.A. and Europe while the remainder is distributed within the domestic Thai market. State-of-the-art Computer Aided Design [CAD] software, meanwhile, ensures that all products are manufactured exactly to each customer’s specification and unique design.

To ensure that every wheel that leaves the Lenso Wheel Co., Ltd. factory is in top condition, the company rigorously adheres to strict quality control procedures applied at all stages of production and this is done in accordance with the most advanced standards for international automotive industries, including JWL and TUV. All incoming materials are carefully inspected and tested for mechanical and technical suitability based on international standards requirements. To ensure smooth workflow, each work station is connected via a modern conveyor system while painting and finishing processes are computerised to ensure exceptional levels of efficiency and accuracy. At the same time, all finished products are randomly examined by highly-skilled staff to ensure that their quality is uncompromised and their functionality of the highest order.
