Job description

• Manage product sales and the sales team to achieve targets for automotive tires and alloy wheels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributor partners.
• Plan product pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Supervise the nationwide sales team.
• Manage key accounts, develop existing dealers, and expand new sales channels.

Qualifications

• Male, aged 35–41 years old.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Must own a personal car and be able to travel to upcountry areas.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• At least 5 years of hands-on sales experience, with experience managing a team of at least 5 subordinates.
• Experience in managing sales territories both in Bangkok and upcountry areas.
• Experience in dealer account management will be an advantage.
• Experience in product pricing planning and promotional campaigns for retail stores.
